Since 1975, Mr. Fuhrman has represented children ages 6 to 17 who have been charged in juvenile court with the violations of law ranging from DUI to homicide, burglary to drug use. Because these “delinquency” matters move quickly through juvenile court, families require an experienced attorney who quickly assembles the facts, witnesses and professionals needed to defend juveniles.

For more than 30 years, the Law Office of William R. Fuhrman has also represented parents who are facing the loss of custody of their children through juvenile court “dependency” proceedings. Law enforcement agencies and Child Protective Services (CPS) of the Dept. Of Health and Human Services (HHSA) initiate these petitions which the San Diego County Counsel’s office prosecutes. Mr. Fuhrman has the years in the courtroom and the experience with the spectrum of social and professional services that are critical to delivering a successful outcome for his clients.

The Law Office of William R. Fuhrman has decades of experience in lease negotiation and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions, from preparation of the 3-day and/or 10-day notice and complaint to obtaining an award in the courtroom of possession and unpaid rent. In so doing, we represent clients with commercial and residential real property, as well as Section 8 housing.

In addition, we advise clients with regard to real estate purchases and handle disputes involving covenants, easements, deed restrictions, and HOA regulations.
